Orders, Shipping and Handling

What is the handling charge?

This is a flat £1 (+VAT) picking and packing fee we charge for every order placed with Empire Beads. It is bundled in the shipping charge.

I haven't received the number of beads I ordered

We use a variety of couting/weighing method but mistakes can happen. If you have not received the number of beads you have ordered, please contact us and we'll fix this for you.

I am paying by Bank Transfer, when should I make the payment?

Once the order is ready to ship, and we have adjusted the total amount, you will receive an email with the final amount and bank details. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE TRANSFER BEFORE YOU HAVE RECEIVED OUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our warehouse typically ships orders within 2-3 business days. During promotions and special events, this delay may be a bit longer.

Customers are notified by email when the order is being shipped.

My order has been shipped a few days ago, but I haven't received it!

  • If you chose a regular post service, your order cannot be tracked and no claim can be made.
  • If you chose a registered service, we can usually track the parcel for you.
  • Empire Beads will not refund you if your parcel has been lost by the postal service. We will help you with the claim process.
